Kazem Gharibabadi, Iran’s Ambassador to the Vienna-based International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has stressed that the nuclear activities of the Zionist entity pose a threat to the security and stability of the region and they should be subjected to international control and inspection.
“What is ironic is that Israel, which is not a member of any mechanism for arms control or disarmament, has not opened any of its nuclear facilities to IAEA inspectors though it possesses all types of weapons of mass destruction, yet it asks Iran to work closely with the IAEA, “ Gharibabadi said in response to Israeli-anti Iran claims during the meeting of the IAEA Board of Governors.
He affirmed that Israel has spared no effort in lying and circulating fake information about Iran in order to mislead the IAEA and public opinion.
